International orders are subject to additional handling charges, higher shipping rates, and applicable customs, duties and taxes, all of which are the responsibility of the customer. Please be aware that many products' warranties do not provide coverage outside the US, and some products may not be exported under any circumstances due to manufacturers' restrictions or US law. Planethobbywood makes no representations regarding warranty coverage, compatibility, or serviceability for products that are used outside the US. No international orders will be accepted by facsimile, postal mail, e-mail, or the Planethobbywood web site. We do not accept International checks. Note: All wire transfer orders are subject to a $25 processing fee, except for those over $500, where the fee is waived.
What shipping method does Planethobbywood.com use?
Planethobbywood.com uses UPS as the primary carrier for most small items. Should you require faster service, UPS Seconday Day Ground (2 business days) or UPS Next Day Air (1 business day) are available at an extra cost. All large items (over 70lbs) are shipped via Truck.
International orders ship for a flat rate of $10.95 via USPS. Orders ship out within 1-3 business days and can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks to arrive depending on location and package size. Tracking comes with ALL orders and will be emailed the day of ship if e-mail is provided. If you do not receive a tracking number within 5 business days of ordering, please e-mail us to check on order status.
**We ship ONLY to the address you provide. Please make sure all your information is correct prior to placing order. If package is returned, buyer will need to pay ship cost again for us to re-ship**
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards issued by banks outside of the U.S. are a valid form of payment. These cards are subject to the same security checks as cards issued by banks in the U.S.
The security checks are intended to ensure the safety and security of your financial information and prevent unauthorized use of your credit or debit card. Unfortunately, communication with foreign banks is not always as seamless as with banks based in the U.S., and we may be unable to verify the information required to complete your transaction.
If we are unable to verify payment, we will cancel your order and send you notification by email that the order could not be completed. To further ensure security and privacy, these emails do not include details of why the order was not completed.
